Aurora Outfitters is a demo outdoor store. Its assistant answers questions and can cancel, change, or return an order, and it shows you every change before it makes it. It works on a private copy of the store, so try anything.
In 200 simulated conversations per setting, changes the customer never agreed to fell from 42 to 0, with no significant difference in resolution. How it works

Each one starts a chat with a real test order. Changes happen only in your copy of the store, and nothing changes until you say yes.
Test orders
Looking up an order needs its number and the email on it, so nobody can read a stranger's order. Try #9999 to see the assistant say it found nothing.
